The new refining accelerator produced by our company is a new product spontaneously developed by our company, which is a perfect embodiment of the current theory of steel purification. It integrates functions such as deoxidation, slagging, and promoting desulfurization.

Product features:

1. Deoxygenation: This product can reduce the oxidation of steel slag and some oxygen in steel, quickly promote the formation of white slag, and can replace other deoxidized materials such as SIC and some aluminum wires.

2. Promoting desulfurization: The final product of this product combines with CAO to form a calcium aluminate slag system, which has a high S capacity and adsorption capacity, and can replace slag making materials such as bauxite and pre melted refining slag.

3. Rapid foaming: maintained for more than 25 minutes, with stable effects and can replace foaming agents.

AL 12-18% AL2O3 55-75% SIO2 ＜ 10% MgO ＜ 3% H2O ＜ 0.5%

Packaging and storage:

Double layer packaging with polyethylene inner bag and plastic woven bag. The specifications are 25kg/bag and 50kg/bag. Store in a well ventilated and dry place. Waterproof, moisture-proof, and crack resistant.
